Annie Ree Williams was born to Susie and Clifton Feazell of Raymond, Mississippi, on April 1, 1931. Her parents, along with her siblings, Joe Feazell, MC Feazell, Melvin Feazell, Claude Feazell and Willie D. Sherman; her daughter, Mary Barnett; three grandchildren, Sharonda Williams, Darion McDonald and Lamar Barnett and two sons-in-law, James Barnett and Maurice Durr preceded her in death.

Annie Ree leaves behind four daughters, Susie (Darryl) Moore, Willie Ree McDonald and Margie Durr, all of Mendenhall, Mississippi and Elizabeth Lancaster of Madison, Mississippi; two sons, Larry (Felisa) Williams and Charles (Renita) Williams, both of Mendenhall, Mississippi; Mary Russell and Freddie (Vanessa) Williams of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; 23 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She also leaves a community of other children that she cherished and nurtured during a lifetime in the Mendenhall Quarters.

Annie Ree led a full life and enjoyed helping other people. She will be truly and greatly missed.
