Chaston L. Turner Funeral Program

Chaston Landing Turner was born May 12, 1992, in Jackson MS. to Jerld Andre
and Makiasa Turner. His maternal grandfather, Earnest Landing, and his
paternal grandmother, Carrie Ann Turner, preceded him in death.
He graduated from Terry High School Class of 2010 and attended the University
of Southern MS prior to enlisting in the US Army, where he joined in Holy Matrimony to Lakecia N. Daniels. Their unity included four children. Chaston enjoyed playing basketball, fishing and was a talented musician. Although he could play the piano and drums, his passion was playing the bass guitar and was an active musician at Mendenhall Bible Church.
He was loving, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. Chaston left a
lasting impression on everyone he met. He was loved and well-known by many. Chaston Landing Turner is survived by his wife and four children, Jovan, Jayquan, Ciara and Diamond: two sisters: Courtney and DeJah; four brothers;
Joshua, Devon (Christa), Patrick and Jai; two nieces; Parker and Trinity;
grandmother; Carolyn Landing; grandfather; James Turner; a host of Uncles, Aunts; spiritual family and friends.
