Lexus was known for her warm and radiant smile, which could light up any room. She had a vibrant personality, always looking out for her loved ones and bringing joy to those around her. Lucy had a great sense of humor and could always be counted on to lighten the mood with her witty remarks.
Lexus found solace and inspiration in her faith at a young age and became a member or Taylor Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where she worshipped.
Lucy's educational journey began at Simpson Central Elementary, where she laid th foundation for her future. Lucy was also part of the 4-H and Positive Youth Development. She continued her studies at Mendenhall High School, graduating with the Class of 2016. Following her graduation, Lucy embarked on a career at Sandersons Farm until her untimely death.
She possessed a loving and nurturing spirit, finding immense joy in the role of motherhood. Her children, Kaleb Ball (10), Khaliah Thomas (2), and Khaziah Thomas (1), were the center of her world.
Lucy leaves behind a void that can never be filled in the hearts of her loved ones. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Roger and Charlotte Ball; 4 siblings; Christopher Collins, Telisha Martin (Cedric Martin Sr), Lorenzo Ball, and Tynikeyah Collins. Lexus held a special place in her heart for her nephews, Ivan and Cameron Martin, and Tiwaun Collins.
Lexus was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Clarence Smith and Charlie Collins, grandmothers Bertha Lee Ball and Bessie Mae Collins, uncles Arnold Lee Ball and Donnie Lee Ball Sr., cousins Jordan Ball and Brian Hollins, niece Zion Smith, and nephew Cedric Martin Jr.
Lexus will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, kind-heartedness, and devotion to her family. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, and her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
